These students have a basic knowledge of english and need to develop and expand that knowledge of the language. This level continues with the development of the four language skills to lead students to complete the a2 level. It also promotes the development of skills in critical thinking and intercultural issues using aspects from field of international relations, specifically in how historical events affect current policy. 3. RATIONALE Proper management of an international language such as English is necessary so that a professional can function in an increasingly globalized and multicultural society. The internationalization of the relations between the global communities has brought about challenges that every professional needs to face in order to be more competitive.
