JUSTIFICATION The success of an individual in the real world is heavily dependent on the number of relevant skills he or she wields. Leadership practices and communications processes that we use today were built during the Industrial Age of work. They assume that people are prepared to commit a fixed portion of their lives to their employer and fit their leisure, holidays, and family life around it. 4. COURSE OBJECTIVES GENERAL OBJECTIVE This seminar is created as an opportunity to interact with the future professional, Business Administrator, Accounting and International Business program graduates, as well as to indentify the leadership skills developed throughout their 4 or 5 year study program, and prepare them for their entrance to the professional world.
