Subsequently, it is emphasized in the study of the theory of International Trade and Globalization. 3. JUSTIFICATION In recent years we have observed impressive global events that began to change the nature of international business and that changed the way we conduct business. This course is necessary to understand the different spheres of the countries: social, cultural, political, economic and legal, to lead a negotiation effectively inside the organizations. 4. GENERAL OBJECTIVE Provide students a comprehensive vision of the International Business environment by analyzing the current situation and perspectives of International Trade. The changes that occur as a result of the deep processes of internationalization and the formation of a more globalized society make it necessary at the local level, the deepening and production of greater knowledge and research on these international trends and the new scenarios in which both economic agents and society in general must participate. In order to achieve a favorable position of insertion, it is necessary to know the cultural, economic, political and organizational manifestations that appear in the global world and develop negotiation strategies that allow local agents to reach adequate levels of participation and competitiveness. 5.
